Conveniently located near Tokyo Station, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with a spacious room and great amenities. While the breakfast options could be confusing for non-Japanese speakers, the atmosphere is welcoming. The reception on the 15th floor feels unique, but interaction was minimal with staff, which surprised me.

The breakfast meal was enjoyable with nice view, many fresh dishes plus occidental options. The location was great and brilliant, right across the street from the Limousine Bus to the airports and the interior design was nice. Moreover, it was so close to subways at Tokyo and Nihonbashi stations, the Shinkansen lines and the 1000 yen airport bus and the train station/downtown;)))

Fantastic hotel in a great location to see Tokyo and to travel to the rest of Japan. The hotel staff were always really helpful and very friendly. The rooms were a good size - much better than we were expecting given what we'd heard of some hotels in Japan. We would definitely recommend it and would go back and stay there again.

Location very convenient for Tokyo Station. The comprehensive Japanese breakfast buffet was very tasty with a superb view from the 15th floor restaurant. The wired internet access in the room was free and worked very well. The toilet had a heated seat and could be switched into bidet mode - fantastic!
Not particularly a surprise in Central Tokyo, but the room was very cramped, although well appointed. One side of the double bed was up against the wall.

Perfect location for exploring
This place is right across from Tokyo Station! The room was well designed and cozy. I loved having a nespresso machine and a fridge to store snacks. The bathroom was very modern and clean, I even wanted to buy a similar toilet later! Just a bummer that the lobby is a bit small.

A comfortable well-run hotel in central Tokyo close to Tokyo station and several metro lines. The room was small but very well designed to make the most of the space, and even a bathtub was fitted in.

great location but small room
The hotel is very close to the train station. I appreciated the efficient room cleaning, as the staff ensured my space was consistently tidy. The laundry service was a lifesaver during my long stay, especially with reasonable prices. The view from my room overlooked the bustling city.

The competent and highly courteous staff made a good impression. Stayed in recently renovated twin room on level 8. It was very handy to have coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge.
